Online booking process
This page is simply a short explanation of the steps involved in our online booking process to aid you if this is your first time booking with us. (If you would like to see the live booking calendar simply select your desired service on the booking page and you can view available times and dates with no information needed unless you book a run)
Service selection
The booking process begins at the booking page where you can select from 1-4 dog runs depending on the amount of dogs you would like to run in that session, and also you select what county your home is located in and finally you have the option to choose between a single run and the multi-run packages we offer, once all 3 of these selections are made and you click on the run you desire you have completed the first step, step 2 should automatically load our live booking calendar on a separate booking screen.
Date/Time selection
The next step after service selection is where you will see our live booking calendar with our currently available times and dates for your selected run, here you have the option to select your desired time and date for your run, and the rest of the booking process will be completed on this page. If you do not see a time that works for your schedule, feel free to give us a call and we can see what works best for you!
Email Entry
If you are a new customer, after selecting a time and date for your run, an email field will appear at the bottom of the time/date selection screen and after entering your email you can book your run! for new customers you will then be taken to the customer information/intake form screen. (Returning customers will simply choose a timeslot and be taken to the pet selection screen given you completed the intake form and pet information previously)
Customer information
New customers will then be asked to complete the new client/pet intake form simply asking that you certify that your dog has had vaccinations such as DHLPP, Rabies, Bordetella and other intake questions that will help us better care for your pet! At this time new customers will also be able to input basic information about your pet to build a pet profile making the booking process simpler for returning customers who can choose their pet profile instead of re-entering the information for every booking!
Pet selection
For returning customers, given you filled out all required information the first booking, you will automatically proceed to this step after choosing a timeslot, here you simply choose which pet(s) will be included in this booking. For new customers this step will be skipped as the system will register whatever pet(s) you included in the customer information section for this booking automatically.
Add-on selection
The next page after pet selection is Add-on selection, currently the only add-on we offer is our multi-run packages, so this page is simply another opportunity to see how much you can save with our multi-run packages! If you do not wish you purchase one, simply proceed to the next screen.
Booking confirmation
This is the confirmation step of the process where after booking a run with us you will receive an email, confirming your booking time with us and also a booking reminder 24 hours before your scheduled booking!
